STAKEHOLDER MAPS

I begin this activity with a brief interactive PowerPoint where I introduce the concept of the stakeholder map. A snapshot from this presentation is below. See the section on brief, interactive PowerPoints to for more discussion on this form of activity.  After describing how to create a stakeholder map, students are directed to post their map to the discussion board and to describe each of the quadrants.

Post your stakeholder map to the Discussion Forum.

Review the PowerPoint provided in the Learning Materials section and develop a stakeholder map for your proposed research project. Post your map to the discussion forum. In addition, you can use the forum to share your reflections on what you learned from talking to the project office and other stakeholders or to pose questions about challenges or insights that were raise for you during the process.
