I developed this website to reflect the work I have done teaching measurement and related courses at GW.  On this site, I will give you a flavor of my philosophy of teaching (at least how I currently think about it!).

I also provide excerpts and examples of how I reflect that philosophy in constructing the syllabi for the courses I teach, the types of "classroom" activities I use, and how I think about providing feedback to learners.

I also provide a brief reflection of a Quality Matters course I participated in recently ... as a student ... and what I learned there about being a better online teacher.
